Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 yrs PQE)

An international firm is keen to speak with Employment Solicitors in the Manchester region.

My client, a well known brand with a large national employment law offering, is looking for an Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE) of experience to join an established and leading team in Manchester city centre.

Offering exceptional salaries and a fantastic working culture, this role will involve a diverse caseload of respondent work which will include international matters. The successful candidate will handle the whole range of employment law work, both contentious and non-contentious including international employment work (dealing with multi-jurisdictional projects). The team in Manchester acts for a wide spectrum of local, national and international clients.

The culture of the team is collegiate and supportive. While supervision is always available, members of the team are expected to take responsibility for managing their own matters from an early stage in their careers.

You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical and commercial approach to your workload and advice to clients. You will have a genuine enthusiasm for employment law, be passionate about delivering an excellent service to clients and welcome the opportunity to engage in business development.
