Are you an experienced corporate solicitor who is feeling undervalued and underpaid at your current law firm, looking for a new change where you would be respected for the work you do? Or are you being overlooked at your current firm in gaining promotion?
This leading Legal 100 law firm, based in Southampton, have a proven track record for success and is looking to hire a corporate solicitor (3-6 years' PQE) in their prominent corporate / commercial team in this key placement. Clients include household brand names as well as local, regional and national clients.
You will be handling a varied HNW caseload to include private company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, partnership arrangements and group restructurings.
If you are ambitious, technically skilled, good with clients and looking for a law firm that will give you the career you desire, then this opportunity would be the perfect fit for you.
Your role as a corporate solicitor will involve:
- Running your own files from day one
- Genuine clear career path to progress from the outset
- Be active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
