A modern private practice is currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing department due to an influx of work coming through.
You will be running a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new build transactions including help to buy equity mortgages and transfers of equity.
The candidate will be working on in a team of 6 in the department including Partners, Senior Associates, Trainees and Legal Assistants. Support will be always provided for the Fee Earner by the experienced Head of Department and Legal Assistants.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 3 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice. Applications are also more than welcome for experienced Legal Executives.
