Job Details
Our client is a well established full-service, multi-site law firm with a long-standing presence in the East Midlands market.
They now seek an experienced civil litigator with all round experience for their Loughborough office.
The civil litigator can be either a qualified civil litigation solicitor or legal executive. You will ideally be at least 3 years' PQE.
You will work with and be supported by the litigation partner, but will also be expected to work fairly autonomously as the team is small.
The work will include a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant, contractual disputes and general civil disputes, for example:
- Boundary disputes
- Building disputes
- Landlord and tenant
- Possession claims
- Property disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contentious employment matters
