A leading Legal 500 listed specialist claimant firm is keen to appoint an additional Senior Solicitor to its dedicated national Employment Team and be based at the firms' London city office.

This practice has an excellent pedigree and over the years it has forged a well-deserved reputation for acting on behalf of claimants who have encountered difficulties with employers. The firm has a national reach and has robust relationships with an extensive and longstanding client base meaning that this practice can guarantee security and stability in the long term.

Due to an increase in instructions, the firm is keen to add either an assistant solicitor or a legal executive to the team. You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and will be able to handle your own caseload of claimant employment rights matters to include straightforward employment advice and/or representation matters, such as, unfair dismissals, wages claims, settlement agreements. You will be required to advice on the success and value of Employment tribunals whilst also being involved in the mentoring and supervision of junior team members.
