Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take a step up? Would you like to be Head of Department? If so, this role in Harrogate could be for you!
Our client is a successful and well-established practice that blends a traditional approach to client care with a modern and forwarding thinking working environment. They have longstanding relationships with a range of clients, including large landlords and property developers, as well as retailers and more.
Joining the commercial property team, you will be handling a range of matters on behalf of this client base and will also be driving the team forward as Head of Department. Business development will also play a key part in this role and you will take the lead on networking and marketing events.
Committed to further growth, the firm is always looking for new opportunities to expand, making it a fantastic time to join as there will be plenty of opportunity for progression.
Ideally the firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of 8 years' PQE who can hit the ground running with both fee earning and BD. This is, however, given purely as a guideline.
