The role


This Top 100 practice are looking for a Regulatory Solicitor to join their flourishing practice in Winchester, Hampshire.


In this role, you will be utilising your regulatory skillset, preparing case plans/advising on plans, preparing instructions, act as a key point of contact, attend conferences, liaise with defence and presenting cases. You will be working as part of a commercially minded team working on high net worth/complex cases.

As a result of the team's chambers ranked status team, you will be working for/alongside widely recognised healthcare bodies, experience in this is required.


Requirements

  • You will be experienced in Healthcare regulations, and you will ideally have worked for/alongside recognised regulatory bodies.
  • You will be motivated to take advantage of a fantastic platform
  • You will ideally be 3+ years PQE, although exceptional junior candidates will be considered
