THE FIRM:
Our client is a leading, commercial law firm, which acts for a wide range of businesses, from start-ups and SMEs, to multinationals companies.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen within the firm's highly regarded construction team based in their London office for a confident Construction Lawyer.
Your role will involve a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
To qualify for this role you will be a construction lawyer NQ-1PQE with strong academics gained within a recognised regional or London firm which has an established construction team.
You will be able to demonstrable practical experience of contentious and non-contentious construction law, with a strong understanding and working knowledge of adjudication and CPR processes and procedures
You should have the ability to maintain and develop existing and new clients relationships and have the flexibility to occasionally work out of the firm's Thames Valley office as and when required.
