Group Leader, Central Birmingham

The Group Leader manages, directs and supports members of a casework group in the core business of reviewing cases. The Group Leader plays a vital role in constructive challenge and influencing Case Review Managers and Commissioners. The role entails directing and advising on complex cases. Each Group Leader is accountable to the Director of Casework Operations for the performance of his or her group, setting and maintaining the high standards which group members are expected to meet.

Salary: £50,549 pa.
