The role

The firm are seeking to hire an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor into their flourishing and rapidly expanding Norwich office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked and award winning Legal team with a very exciting client base OMBs and Household names. The department is very busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Lease extensions, breaches of covenant, adverse possession, development agreements and restrictive covenants

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
• You will have a passion for Real Estate work
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
