Head of Legal

Title: Head of Legal (Part/Time- 3 Days a Week)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum

Our client is truly a pioneer in the care sector, private equity backed, the group has accomplished unprecedented national outreach with now almost hundred care and specialist treatment centres nationally. Reporting directly into the CFO and Senior Leadership team, this Head of Legal vacancy will afford the successful candidate the unbridled opportunity to guide and steer a national organisation into a new phase of growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will have the drive and desire to build the in-house legal function to fundamentally support the groups future trajectory.
The successful candidate will be:
* An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
* Experienced in Commercial, Property and Corporate law
* Confident in supporting and developing an in-house legal function
* Confident communicating with senior internal stakeholders
* Previous in-house legal experience
It is also desirable that candidates have previous experience in a medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or charitable environment.
