Head of Corporate Commercial

Along with the day to day management of the team you will be responsible for running your own broad-ranging caseload, will be involved in business development, and will have plenty of client contact. You will be acting for a range of clients including large corporates, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals working on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and insolvency, company formations, shareholder resolutions and agreements, amendments to share rights, and the re-registration as public or private companies.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with at least 3 years' PQE, who is able to hit the ground running with a full corporate commercial caseload. Supervisory experience would also be highly beneficial for the role but is not essential. It would also suit a solicitor who is commercially aware, with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for client care.
