Job Details
An opportunity has arisen for a company commercial solicitor/partner to join the established team at this Legal 500 recommended team in the heart of London's West End.
The team deal with a variety of work including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, MBOs & MBIs and private equity work, along with a variety of commercial contracts including fintech and other cutting edge tech sectors.
They act for companies from start-ups to international PLCs, in industries varying from leisure and hospitality to manufacturing and technology.
The role would suit an ambitious company commercial solicitor/partner probably from another city or West End practice who is looking to join a growing firm who are committed to providing business-focused solutions to their clients.
The firm would also be keen to hear from senior associates from large city firms who for one reason or another, don't foresee a clear path to partnership at their current firm.
