Structured Finance and Derivatives PSL - City - Top Tier
Regarded international law firm that continues to make waves and listen to its employees is seeking to expand their Structured Finance and Derivatives team. This Tier 1 practice act for global banking and financial institutions and on the panel for some of the largest global investment banks and act for global asset managers and funds.
This is an innovative practice and at the cutting edge of law, able to provide bespoke and tailored legal solutions.
The role will involve developing strong relationships with institutions, regulators and governing bodies in order to deal with changes in legislation and practice and develop and maintain best practice and deliver training and sessions and development alongside documentation and impact on clients developing procedures and maintaining the departments precedent bank.
Ideally you will be an experienced Solicitor with a Top City background and Ideally over 5 years' post qualification experience within the financial services market and with experience of securitisation and/or structured products and a strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.
