Job Details
A commercial property solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE is required to join an award-winning, Legal 500 rated commercial property team in Leeds city centre. This Commercial Property team provides legal services for the acquisition, disposal, management and development of commercial real estate.
This Top 200 law firm has an impressive reputation and some of their key services include commercial and mixed-use developments, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, landlord and tenant business advice, business lettings, finance and funding including off-shore funding, relocation, asset management and investing in UK real estate from overseas.
You will be expected to assume an important supporting role to their existing team of lawyers in managing their caseload of commercial property work, in addition to carrying out work on your own caseload of files.
The successful commercial property solicitor will work with a range of disciplines which may cover commercial development, landlord and tenant (business), estate management and property finance.
It is essential that you have gained a solid grounding in commercial property within a strong regional or commercial law firm. In addition, you will have first-rate client relationship and business development skills.
