An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join a busy property department, reporting to the Head of Property Litigation, managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters. 

  • Possession proceedings
  • Boundary disputes
  • Homelessness review
  • Landlord and tenant
  • Dilapidation claims
  • Disrepair
  • Enforcement and leasehold covenants
  • Private and public rights of way
  • Rent arrears and recoveries
  • Business development, marketing and networking
The Candidate
  • A solicitor or legal executive with 2 years PQE
  • Experience in property litigation
  • Able to handle a mixed caseload with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrate excellent client care skills
  • Communicate well, both verbally and written
  • Actively participate in business development, networking and marketing activities
