Starting salary is £42,683 rising to £44,632 on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period.
Solicitor Children and Adult Legal Team (Permanent)
Starting salary is £37, 849 rising to £39,782 on first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period.
We have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced lawyers to join our busy Children & Adults Legal team. We are centrally located in Nottingham, close to the local Courts and within easy reach of all transport links in and out of the city.
We are a busy, friendly and supportive team dealing with children and adults social care advice and representation. Children’s work includes care proceedings, adoption and fostering. Adults work includes Court of Protection proceedings, mental health and general safeguarding. Successful candidates will focus on either children’s or adults work.
You will have excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills, be able to manage a full caseload and willing to undertake advocacy at the appropriate level. Applications will be considered from candidates at all levels of experience.
