We are currently recruiting for a top 500 law firm who are now one of the largest suppliers of legal services across Essex and East Anglia. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Criminal Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

The successful Receptionist/Secretary will need to have had previous legal experience.  You will be able to manage multiple tasks successfully when working under pressure, whilst maintaining quality.  Good communication and interpersonal skills in the context of client care are essential for this position and we are looking for someone who has a positive manner in dealing with clients and colleagues.   Strong IT and audio typing skills are also required. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as a Criminal Receptionist/Secretary

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in the legal sector
  • Greeting clients and visitors on arrival
  • Answer the telephone and deal with calls accordingly providing a fast and efficient service
  • Provide secretarial support to the fee earners
