Civil Litigation Lawyer sought for a short-term locum assignment, within an established practice in Hertfordshire.

Able to hit the ground running, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in this field to manage a busy and varied caseload of litigated matters from instruction to resolution and ensure a friendly and professional approach to clients at all times.

• Contentious probate
• Injunctive remedies
• Debt recovery
• Property litigation
• Possession proceedings
• Bankruptcy
• Breach of contract
• Advising clients on the prospects of success
• Conducting own advocacy as required
• Negotiating settlements

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
• Available for a period of 2-4 weeks to commence immediately
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
• Highly organised, able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Be personable with excellent client care skills and a detail orientated approach
