Lancashire based firm, which enjoys an excellent reputation, is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

This new opportunity provides an enviable career move with a vibrant and progressive practice.  You will form part of a well-structured Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, which is retained by an impressive portfolio of corporate and commercial clients some of which are significant names

The quality of work is exceptional and you can be assured of a challenging and rewarding caseload. The nature of the role and levels of instructions requires specialist experience, not less than 2 years’ PQE of handling instructions covering commercial contract, trading disputes and negligence actions. Applications are also welcome from lawyers with wider experience in more niches areas such as property litigation, IP protections and competition law. But essentially looking for a strong foundation in mainstream commercial disputes.

As well as managing you own caseload, you will work on as part of a team on significant litigation instructions which requires a partner-led, team approach.

The role will appeal to an ambitious solicitor who has the gravitas and enjoys taking responsibility for liaising directly with clients, counsel and experts.
