Are you an enthusiastic and experience Residential Conveyancer with the desire to work for a large regional firm? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.
The firm are top ranked in the legal directories and have a long, successful history in the West Midlands. They are looking for a Residential Conveyancer due to growth within the development department.
This Residential Conveyancer role is for the firm's Leamington Spa office. It will see you engage with a diverse range of clients - landowners, private sector developers and affordable housing providers - on all aspects of the development process.
Experience in all areas of property are not essential, but the ideal candidate should have a solid background (approximately 12 month's experience) in Residential Conveyancing. The firm are Investors in People credited, therefore you can expect to receive in-depth training which is sure to bolster your career.
