The role

The firm is currently seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to their City office.
The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base of purchases, sales, lettings, and financing of residential property for high net worth individuals, investors and developers, and leasehold enfranchisement. The firm ensures fee earners only have manageable caseloads and charge well for the work they do. You will run your own Residential Conveyancing caseload.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be based out of the City of London office
• You should have good technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client bases is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level pf PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
