A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Barry based opportunity with a ambitious and dynamic leading local law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers/Conveyancing Solicitors looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

My client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will run a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. There is an existing caseload and you will need to be able to do all aspects of Residential Conveyancing from inception through to completion, including post-completion. The successful candidate will build relationships with their clients face to face, as well as via email and telephone.

The successful candidate will have gained experience in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transactions.
