The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with 2 years + PQE seeking exposure to good quality work in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

You will join the Dispute Resolution team, they deal with high quality work through a broad range of Civil and Commercial Litigation laws including; Breach of Contract, Consumer Protection, Neighbour Disputes, Contentious Probate, Professional Negligence, Landlord and Tenant, Debt Collection. These are all core subjects that the firm applies in practical ways to give the client the best outcome.

Requirements

• Support partners in business development activities
• Working in teams on bigger, more complex cases
• Take ownership for a stream of work on bigger cases
