Teesside conveyancing fee-earner opportunity. This long-established firm is seeking a conveyancer to join the team who is able to handle a caseload of around 80 matters, to include freehold and leasehold transactions.

You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling your own sale and purchase conveyancing caseload from inception to conclusion including help to buy, re-mortgages, new builds, and buy to let. You should be able to title checking. Non-qualified Fee Earners are welcome to apply for the position as long as you can hit the ground running with a caseload.

You will use a case management system and have full supervision and secretarial support.

This is a client facing role and the firm are CQS accredited and on all the panels. A competitive salary + bonus are on offer.
