Insolvency Litigation Solicitor

This specialist Insolvency Litigation team was created 3 years ago and has gone from strength to strength. They are now working with all major Insolvency Providers on a local, regional and National level including providers London, which is why they are now looking to expand further.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor into their Colchester office.
This position will sit in the wider disputes team however, there is a separate department who do non contentious insolvency work meaning your role will be focused solely on Insolvency litigation.

The department is well-known for their work in this area, building an impressive client list. The team is fantastic at building lasting relationships and business development, meaning the firm are consistently busy with contentious Insolvency and debt recovery files.

This position is ideal for someone with general commercial litigation experience as some exposure to Insolvency litigation and debt recovery to specialise in this exciting team. Due to the nature of Insolvency, there is a heavy focus on business development should this be an area of interest for you

This position is based primarily in the firm's Colchester office but travel to the firm's offices elsewhere may be required

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation or Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 2 - 4 years PQE
• You will deal with a high-quality caseload of Commercial litigation matters
• You should have a good technical knowledge and previous experience in insolvency and debt recovery
• Salary is competitive and negotiable dependent on your level of experience
