Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive - Henley-on-Thames - Oxfordshire.

Full or part time positions available

High value residential conveyancing work and lots of face to face client contact within a highly respected traditional firm who operate on a quality over quantity basis.

The successful candidate for this position will be dealing with top quality conveyancing work whilst earning a great salary and enjoying fantastic career progression prospects. The firm takes a very consultative and individual approach towards each client and the role would suit a solicitor looking to work in a traditional law firm environment where the focus is on client care rather than volume and high targets of completions.

Due to the area of the country in which they are based and their superb reputation the firm is regularly instructed to deal with high value residential property transactions in the local area as well as high value London properties. Many of the properties and transactions that they deal with are well in excess of the £1million mark.

This firm have been established for many years and due to the consistent high level of service as a result a lot of their business is gained through the recommendations of previous clients and their reputation in dealing with high end work.

It is expected that all candidates for this position will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive and licensed conveyancer with a friendly and personable personality with the ability to build up lasting relationships with clients. You must have the experience to be able to confidently handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish with minimal supervision and be comfortable in dealing directly and face to face with your clients You will be working alongside the existing conveyancing lawyers at the firm and will have secretarial assistance with the ultimate aim to maintain and develop the excellent reputation of the department.

The salary for this role will be highly competitive and part of a good overall package.
