We are looking to attract an experienced Solicitor to join our Employment team based in Manchester.

The duties of the role will include managing a full caseload of Employment Law which will involve tribunal work and contentious/non-contentious matters. The successful candidate will be joining an Employment team managed by a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Partner.

We are interested in candidates that have the ability to manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters which will include; unfair dismissal, TUPE, contracts of employment and handbooks, discrimination, data protection, education redundancies  and re-structuring matters. The role will suit an individual that is looking for an opportunity covering both claimant and respondent cases.
