Job Details
Private Practice Law firm in North Oxfordshire are seeking to appoint an experienced commercial and property litigator.
This is a boutique 3 Partner commercial law firm with an established reputation throughout South East Home Counties, Thames Valley and the Midlands.
You will be joining an experienced team of 3 other lawyers including working closely with the Head of Department, a Senior Associate and Assistant Solicitor.
You will be a stand-alone commercial & property litigation solicitor at the firm so you must be able to hit the ground running.
The current caseload is 60% property litigation and 40% commercial litigation.
The role will include handling matters around:
- Contract disputes
- Debt Collection
- Corporate and Shareholder Disputes
- Property and Landlord and Tenant Disputes
- Partnership Disputes
- Insolvency and Recovery
- Enforcement of Judgements
The Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor role requires you to have both High Court and County Court litigation experience, a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join a great firm.
