Interim Legal Counsel

LAW Absolute have partnered with a fast growing challenger bank looking for an interim commercial lawyer for 3-6 months.

The role

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts
• Assisting the various departments with ad hoc requests and queries
• Working on corporate governance issues to assist with general corporate matters

The candidate

Our client is looking for a qualified Lawyer with UK commercial contracts experience. Ideally, the candidate will have some in-house experience. Exposure to FCA regulation would be beneficial.
