Job Details
A highly reputable Exeter legal practice is seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving property department. Working as part of a small specialist team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion. On a daily basis you will be advising clients in relation to various property matters, to include:
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-mortgaging
- Shared Ownership
- Tenancies and Commercial Leases
- Matrimonial Property Transfers
- Agricultural Land
