CRA Legal are instructed by a leading Sheffield Law Firm in the recruitment of an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team in their head office in Sheffield City Centre.

The firm are considering applications from solicitors as a variety of levels of PQE, so long as the applicant is experienced and knowledgeable in Commercial and Property Litigation.

The successful candidate will have gained good experienced within a reputable law firm and be able to demonstrate the ability to run an independent caseload of mixed property litigation matters. To include;

- Dilapidation and improvement matters

- Landlord and Tenant disputes

- Renewals of leases, both opposed and unopposed

- Boundary Disputes

- Enforcement of covenants and easements

- Disprepaor

- Rent Arrers

- Residential Repossessions

The job holder will also be expected to undertake advocacy and travel to attend of Clients and Court nationally, when required.
