Investment Funds Associate Solicitor

An International law firm are looking to recruit junior Investment Funds Associates with 1 - 4 years PQE into their Legal 500 ranked, highly commended Funds Practice. This is an opportunity to work alongside high calibre fee earners and Partners and carve out a successful legal career in the City.

The Role

Investment Funds Associate with 1 - 4 PQE to join a leading department. You will work on complex and market leading asset management and investment fund transactional matters. You will also be involved in cutting edge fund formation transactions that will include primary listed and unlisted as well as cross border asset management corporate work.

They will encourage you to be client facing and expected to lead and negotiate transactions with limited supervision.

This group advise the best clients in the industry. These include domestic and international fund management houses, institutions, corporate sponsoring, M&A and project work for fund managers.

Requirements

• 1-4 years' PQE Associate with previous experience in Funds and Asset Management
• Excellent academics with minimum 2:1
• Ability to work on bespoke, big-ticket and complicated transactions

• Confident with drive and ambition to build a career with an international London based practice
