The Firm

The firm are recognized in the Legal 500 for their HNW cases and their multi-jurisdictional expertise. Some matters exceed £200 million in value. Although they are predominantly a Litigation and Arbitration boutique practice, they also have a strong IP, Insolvency and Restructuring and Corporate/Commercial arm. They have over 15 offices worldwide and the vast majority of their work has an international focus, making their work extremely interesting and high net worth.

The Role

Because the firm is dealing with so much HNW work, they are looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal for their London office.

The firm deal with a wide range of international Commercial Litigation matters across shareholder and partnership disputes, banking/financial services disputes, derivatives and capital markets disputes, insolvency and IP, contractual disputes and more.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running. Therefore, you MUST have evidence of meeting billing targets in Commercial Litigation matters. The firm does not take on Paralegals lightly, they want Paralegals to be heavily involved in all matters. Therefore, you will have exceptional exposure to work and have hands on involvement at every stage.
