Conveyancing Admin Assistant
Well-established law firm seeks a Conveyancing Admin Assistant to join their expanding conveyancing department based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. You will work as part of a team and support Fee Earners in everyday tasks, using case management systems.
Duties will include; ensuring that all new instructions are checked, imported onto the case management systems and allocated to the appropriate fee earner as quickly as possible, all tasks associated with new matters and file opening, making calls to clients to confirm instructions, inputting information into the case management system, issuing Client Care Packs, chasing up outstanding documentation/information.
You will need:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in conveyancing,
- Good communication skills and professional telephone manner,
- Case management experience preferred.
