Job Details
A highly regarded firm in Worthing is looking for an experienced corporate commercial solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE to join its successful and growing team.
You will be involved in a wide range of corporate commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business sale and purchases, share buy-backs, corporate finance and corporate restructuring.
The team also deals with non-transactional matters such as shareholder and partnership agreements, trading and funding agreements and company formations.
Reporting into the managing director, you will be an integral member of the team and instrumental in building the corporate commercial business in the local area.
