Job Details
My client is a well-known regional firm with a noted Family Law department which includes a strong childcare team based in Nottingham.
The firm has been in business for not just decades, but centuries! They are a leading name across the East Midlands and east of England.

The opportunity is for a childcare solicitor to join the Family team. You will have your own dedicated care caseload. You will also have tangible experience and will be able to guide and mentor less experienced members of the team, so it is envisaged you will be a panel member or someone who is in the process of attaining panel membership.
You will ideally be a specialist in care and on the panel and will also understand guardian work. You should have upwards of 4 years' PQE and be able to work in the Nottingham courts.
You will have excellent interpersonal and sensitivity skills and you will be comfortable running your own cases. For the successful childcare solicitor, this is an exciting new challenge.
