Restructuring & Insolvency Associate with 1-4 years PQE. This is an opportunity with a US firm in the City of London to work in one of the largest and most highly commended department in the legal market.

The Role

The team are looking to recruit an Associate to their successful Restructuring & Insolvency group.

They represent lenders, bondholders, liquidators, trustees, insurers, pension funds, corporate debtors to name a few. Their international client base is extremely diverse providing a really good range of work.

You will be working on high quality, complex international bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters, alongside colleagues in other offices across the region and worldwide.

This department offer a tailored, innovative solution to solve their client's business needs drawing on the firms other highly regarded practices including banking & finance, disputes, regulatory, structured finance, employment, real estate, tax and insurance.

Requirements

• Restructuring & Insolvency Associate with 1-4 years PQE
• Strong understanding of the practice area and expertise gained in a highly regarded, comparable International law firm
• Strong academics with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Must be confident with clients and a keen business developer
