Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join this top 100 law firm, in its central London office.
You will be undertaking a range of commercial property work including secured lending, joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, development of land and landlord and tenant work.
This role will involve carrying out a wide range of transactional and advisory work for a variety of clients, including property developers, high net worth individuals and large companies.
This opportunity would suit a mid-level commercial property solicitor who is looking to take on more responsibility at this forward thinking firm in central London. You should be comfortable dealing with commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, alongside a variety of commercial lease matters such as renewals and transfers.
The firm offers a varied caseload and supportive friendly environment, along with the chance to develop and expand your skills while progressing your career. The firm have recently moved into their new, high quality office in central London.
