The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Construction Senior Solicitor into the firms Maidstone office.

You will lead the construction department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

You will work as part of a highly reputable team dealing with both contentious, and non-contentious construction matters.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work, working on some of the most complex and high-value construction disputes.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• Experience of managing is advantageous, but not essential.
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
