With a very successful Commercial Litigation team already in place they are looking to add further experience due to continued growth.

The Litigation Team require a Paralegal to deal with Landlord and Tenant matters. The team acts for a number of different clients including legal expenses insurers and brokers, managing agents, corporate and private landlords and developers. The ideal candidate will already have experience, specifically within a Litigation team with a preference for Landlord and Tenant work.

The nature of the work will require a highly organised individual with the proven ability to handle a significant volume of cases relating to landlord and tenant work and understand what it is to manage a case at any given stage of it progress. Previous experience experience in a high volume litigation team or junior fee earning position would be considered highly advantageous as would a good understanding of lettings and property management matters.

As an individual you should have a good interpersonal skills a confident manner with good ability to communicate at all levels. An ability to deal with and manage commercial expectations of a modern legal working environment is key using your own initiative without too much supervision being required.
