The Role

The Real Estate department are seeking to hire a mid level Associate to join their expert team.

With international expertise and broad experience in every kind of commercial and residential property transactions, the firm's real estate practice advises clients all over the world. These clients include major property companies, institutional investors, banks, hotel groups, public sector organisations and corporate occupiers.

The team have extensive experience of investment acquisitions and disposals, projects including planning and environmental advice, sale and leasebacks and other structures, and general commercial real estate management matters.

There are excellent opportunities for career progression within this team, with lots of direct involvement with clients as well as marketing and business development.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Associate with between 3-6 years PQE
• Background in a firm with an excellent reputation in the field of commercial property law
• Excellent academics and professional qualifications
• Salary is above market rate and negotiate depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
