This is a great opportunity for an Immigration Caseworker who would like to join a highly-recognised team of experts. The successful candidate will manage a diverse and demanding caseload of immigration matters under minimal supervision.

• Human rights
• Traditional judicial review
• Online applications
• Administrative reviews
• Applications covering all aspects of the UK immigration rules
• Complex EEA applications
• Attending advice surgeries at detention centres
• Attending Home Office interviews
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of developments within your specialist field

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of one year’s PQE
• Holding accreditation from the Law Society at senior caseworker level or above is essential
• The ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively is required
• Excellent communication and client care
• Being able to handle a diverse caseload and to meet tight deadlines is important
