Job Details
Greater Manchester based high street law firm who specialise in personal services such as conveyancing, private client and family matters are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join their very friendly conveyancing department.
The role is to deal with a caseload of residential property matters,circa 80 - 100 files with assistance of a paralegal and completions team. The work in place is a broad mix of standard sale and purchase to complex transfer of equity, remortgaging, right to buy, shared ownership, new build and lease extensions on both freehold & leasehold matters. With regular contact with local clients as well as face-to-face meetings this is a refreshing change from the high volume city firms and can offer you a fantastic opportunity in a relaxed working environment. There is a fantastic team ethos and an extremely friendly working environment so this is a fantastic chance to work with high quality and strike more of a work/life balance.
Salary to £35k with a great bonus scheme and benefits plan in place. Located in West Manchester you will need to be able to drive to the office and to meet clients.
