A leading specialist Residential Conveyancing firm are looking to hire an experienced Residential Conveyancer, used to handling over 80 files of mixed residential property work. A rare opportunity is available for candidates to work from an estate agency environment, handling transactions directly provided by the host agent, with remote support from an office-based administration team. We have received feedback from candidates placed there who have experienced a fantastic working culture, progression opportunities and industry leading training. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to earn up to £4000 per annum additional bonus.


THE ROLE

You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally with a minimum of 3 years' experience of dealing with 80 files/cases or more. You must be able to undertake a caseload including sales and purchases across freehold/ leasehold. Preferred candidates will also be competent in working on a range of new build, help to buy, right to buy, shared ownership, staircasing and equity files.
