Property Lawyer – This highly regarded firm with a history dating back over 70 years has asked us to find them a further property lawyer, either solicitor or legal executive to take on a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters.

About the Role
This position is a years’ FTC with a strong possibility of going permanent. You will be expected to take on new work and to maintain and expand the current caseload without supervision.
The caseload is a mix of:

Residential Property-
-        Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
-        Lease extensions
-        Transfers of equity
-        Remortgages

Commercial property-
-        Acquisition and disposal of commercial properties
-        Preparation of and negotiation of leases
-        Rents and rent reviews
-        Lease extensions
-        Licence to assign

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a self-driven lawyer with a solid understanding of property law. You will ideally have:
-        3+ years PQE
-        Proven marketing skills
-        Good communication
-        Excellent client care skills
