As a result of continued expansion, QED Legal have been instructed to search for an additional Solicitor to join a Corporate & Commercial Department on a full-time basis in their Luton Office. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Department is well-established and carries out a varied range of work in the corporate and commercial fields: in particular private company mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, restructurings, share option schemes and a wide range of commercial agreements and general company affairs for clients. The Department also features strongly in the Legal 500.
You will be joining a successful legal 500 and chambers listed team dealing with a caseload of commercial matters including advising on business/share sales and purchases, business setup and reorganisations, data protection, IT agreements, terms of business joint ventures and other general commercial matters.
Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes.
