My client, a modern and successful firm, are looking for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team, working on an individual caseload, including a high degree of client contact. You will be supported by amiable and highly experienced senior staff to develop as a solicitor and take on more responsibility.

You will have the opportunity to work within the busy team on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital/private equity, reorganisations, corporate governance.
