Job Details
Are you ready to join an IP firm, established across Europe with a global reach? Are you looking to develop your career at a firm known for their unique and specialist approach to IP Law? Well look no further. My client is a leader in their field who are looking to appoint a Patent Formalities Administrator to join their vibrant team.
Based in the heart of London, you will have a varied role, working across all aspects of Patent administration. You will work on GB, PCT and EP cases, filing, and recording electronically. You will work with EPOline software and work with EPO and web-CMS system. You will have responsibility handling the grant and validation procedures, ensuring the team meet deadlines, managing a busy diary and dealing with all correspondence.
As a skilled Patent Administrator, you will have a thorough understanding of working in a fast paced, Patent formalities/records department. The CIPA qualification and Inprotech skills would be considered advantageous however is not essential. If you have the relevant skills and are keen to get immersed in a robust, varied role that will keep you busy, developing and utilising your Patent administrative skills then look no further.
