The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive for their flourishing St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work; this includes many of high-value transactions. The department has a highly esteemed reputation with high-end estate agents; fee earners bill very well due to the way they charge, the team has a wealth of experience and house high-calibre Conveyancers. You will deal with your own general, high-quality caseload.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, even Partnership for the right individual.

Requirements:

• You will be either a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or ILEX with 1 + years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships are essential
• Creative problem solving
• Salary is very competitive and above market rate, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
